Before proceeding with your purchase, you must confirm your acceptance of these Conditions by ticking the box marked "I accept the conditions of purchase and privacy policy". By doing so, you declare that you have read and accept, without reservation, these conditions of purchase and, in particular, that:

4. VALIDITY OF THE OFFER AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

4.1 Product availability
In any case, all orders are subject to availability. If any difficulty arises with regard to supply or stock, you will be reimbursed for the amount of the item in question. 4.2 Refusal to process orders
Although we will do our best to always process all orders, exceptional circumstances may arise that require us to refuse to process an order after we have sent the order confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. In any event, Artemiranda shall not be liable for removing any products from this website, removing or altering any material or content on the website, or for failing to process an order once we have sent the order confirmation.
5. HOW TO BUY
1. To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into and forming a valid contract in accordance with Spanish law.
2. To make purchases through the Site, you will be asked to provide information about yourself, as indicated, so that we can process your Order. You represent and warrant that the information provided by you is valid and correct.
3. Once you have chosen a product, click on the image to access the product page where information about the product will be provided.
All product prices displayed in the Artemiranda online shop include the VAT of the country marked by the flag at the top, but do not include shipping costs, which you can be selected during checkout.
4. If you are satisfied with your choice, click on the basket button.
5. You can check the products you have chosen by clicking on the "My cart" button at any time. You can also remove an item by clicking on the "Remove" button next to the chosen product.
6. When you are ready, proceed to "Checkout" and follow the instructions. Be sure to provide the requested information.

7. PRICE AND PAYMENT
7.1 Prices
The price of the products will be as stipulated at any given time on www.artemiranda.es and www.artemiranda.com. All prices are given in your preferred currency.
The prices on the website include value added tax (VAT/TAX) for the country of delivery.
Our guaranteed destination cost shipping service allows you to prepay in a large number of countries all taxes and duties and there will be no additional charges when you receive your package.
If you do not select prepayment of fees in advance, import duties and taxes may apply when you receive international orders. These duties and taxes are beyond our control, as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as:
1. Country of origin of the product purchased.
2. Local VAT rates.
3. Local import taxes.
It will be your responsibility to pay these charges when requested by the local authorities.
Prices may change at any time, although such changes will not affect any order for which we have already sent a purchase confirmation.
Gift cards are only available for purchases in Spain.

Check that you have correctly completed all required fields. Once you have finished, the information will be transmitted in encrypted format using the SSL protocol. If you choose to pay by card, the system will contact the bank that issued the card so that they can authorise the payment. 8.1 Shipping costs

We want your order to arrive as soon as possible and to this end we put all the human and mechanical methods at our disposal offering you several transport systems to adapt to your needs.
EUROPE / WORLDWIDE
We ship free of charge all over the world above a certain amount, which varies according to the country. If this amount is not reached, the transport cost is always very reduced.
We manage customs costs and guarantee delivery free of surcharges.
If your order is to be shipped outside Spain, please make sure you select the flag of the destination country at the top of the website.
Orders placed for one country cannot be shipped to another country.

MAINLAND SPAIN AND BALEARIC ISLANDS
We work with 4 of the world's leading agencies to meet your expectations.
The preparation process of an order can vary from 24h to 96h depending on the complexity of the order and the stock we have at that moment.
The preparation and packaging begins once payment has been confirmed, never before.
If you need your order urgently, we recommend that you let us know by phone call or note on the order.
From here we will try to deliver it to the agency in the shortest possible time, which in 85% of the cases is usually 24/48h, except for stretched canvas that are not in stock and can take between 4 and 9 days.
If any of the products are out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible.
Information for bulky goods.
By contract, transport agencies are only obliged to deliver the parcel to the door of the property, not inside it, and certainly not to the door of the home.
In most cases, carriers deliver the product to the door of the home, but in the case of bulky goods, architectural barriers or the absence of lifts, they are not obliged to go up to the home.
You can request the service of dismantling and lifting of the package, provided that no crane or lift is required, for an amount of EUR 35.

SPAIN CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA:
During the shipping process, packages go through customs. Occasionally, they are inspected to ensure everything is in order, which involves customs management fees and the corresponding IPSI (tax), both of which are always passed on to the customer. If the order exceeds €150 in the customs of Ceuta and Melilla, the corresponding IPSI percentage and the DUA (customs declaration) management fee are applied, costs that, in this case, are borne by the customer.
All shipments will be sent VAT exempt and in accordance with the law.
Customs duties and import taxes will be borne by each customer, in case of return shipment, all costs incurred for transport will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
We offer three delivery services:
Correos:
Due to changes in regulations, shipments by Correos have the same restrictions as air shipments, and the transport of inflammable or explosive products by this means is not permitted.
The only way to transport dangerous goods is by sea.
Deliveries usually take between 4 and 12 days and are not valid for packages over 30kg or over 100cm in height or with dangerous goods (spray, alcohol, white spirit, etc.)
Shipments made by Correos with a value of less than EUR 10 000 will be exempt from export SAD (Single Administrative Document) and therefore will not be charged on the invoice.
All other services will be charged EUR 14 for this concept.
Product not suitable for postal delivery (Correos):
Products marked with this symbol do not comply with Correos' regulations and therefore cannot be sent this way.
They are usually products that exceed 100cm on either side
Sea shipping:
This service is particularly suitable for bulky items as it does not have the size limitations that Correos has.
SAD charges will be added.
The ship leaves on Wednesday and orders that are not on the ship the day before cannot be shipped until the following week.
Express:
Service available on request.
Product not suitable for air shipping:
Products marked with this symbol do not comply with Correos' regulations and therefore cannot be sent this way.
They are usually products that exceed certain measurements or that contain inflammable products such as varnishes, alcohols, sprays...

8.2 Preparation time:
Regardless of the shipping method, all placed orders require a preparation time of 1 to 3 days depending on the time you place your order, we try to deliver all orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday within the same day.
8.3 Delivery times:
An estimated delivery time and cost will be shown for each option, however, there is no guaranteed delivery date. Delivery dates given at checkout are an estimation only.
We aim to meet the stated delivery times, but during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, or other periods of increased sales due to special promotions, etc.) deliveries may take a little longer.

8.4 Shipping conditions:
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:
a) Country of destination.
b) Package size / weight.
c) Selected shipping method.

8.4.b SHIPMENTS WITH OUT OF-STOCK-MATERIALS
INSIGHTS ON SHIPMENTS OF ORDERS WITH OUT-OF-STOCK MATERIALS
At the moment of loading the different articles in the shopping cart, a message indicates which references do not have enough stock to fill the order, as well as the expected date of arrival of the units out of stock.
At this point the system proposes 2 options:
1- Add to cart the number of units available in stock.
2- Add to cart all the desired units, bearing in mind that not all of them are currently in stock and their expected arrival date is the one indicated.
If you choose the second option please note the following conditions before confirming your order.
1.- We will make a first shipment with all the requested material available in stock, and this material may not be stored on standby until the arrival of the pending material.
2.- The purchase of out-of-stock products may entail extra transport costs. In all cases the system will calculate them and will indicate this amount when checking the purchase to confirm the cart.
3.- The price of the transport will be calculated based on the total amount of the order.
4.- Delivery is linked to the availability of stock at the relevant factory.
5.- The outstanding material will be delivered in a single shipment.
Remember that the purchase must be delivered to the indicated address, within working hours. It is also important that you provide us with a telephone number when you place the order, so that we can contact you if there are any problems with the delivery.
Remember that items will not be sent to Post Offices, Post Office Boxes, only to physical addresses and it is essential that you provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, which must not be located in a different country to the one in which the purchase was made.

8.5 Inability to deliver or refusal to deliver:
If it is not possible to make a delivery, the transport agency will try to contact you to arrange a new delivery.
If delivery is not possible due to problems attributable to Artemiranda or the transport agency, we will organise a return and refund the money you have paid.
If, on the other hand, delivery does not take place due to:
1. Lack of response from the client to agency, customs or Artemiranda notices (either by e-mail, SMS or telephone calls)
2. Refusal to receive the package.
We will organise a return and reimburse you after deducting from the total amount the costs of the return, customs clearance, handling and administration.
The refund period for this type of incident is usually 20 to 30 days.

10. RETURNS POLICY:
10.1 Returns (right of withdrawal)
Artemiranda allows you to cancel your order at no additional cost, if requested while it is still being processed, before it has been sent to the carrier for delivery.
In the event that the package has been dispatched, you will have to wait until you receive the order before you can process the return. Please note that during sales, Christmas, special promotions and periods of high demand, delivery address changes or cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Once the product has been delivered, you will have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order to cancel the contract and return the product you have purchased. You must notify Artemiranda within this period of time of your intention to cancel the contract.
The costs of return in case of fault or defect are borne by Artemiranda, otherwise they will be borne entirely by the customer, including customs and transport costs.
10.2 How do I return an item?
You can return any product you have purchased from Artemiranda within 14 calendar days of its delivery date.

1. Print the documents: the printed documents should be placed inside the returned package.
2. When returning an item, we ask that it is still in the original packaging and that it is not unsealed, used, damaged, deteriorated, in short, it has to be as good as new, you as a customer would not want to buy something already used by someone else. Any item that does not meet these criteria cannot be refunded. Any item that does not meet these criteria cannot be refunded.
3. Ensure that the returned items are packed in ONE package.
4. We suggest that you send the package with a cost-effective tracking service in order to keep track of the returned items.
10.3 Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted.
No returns will be accepted by any means other than those indicated above.

Please note the following points:

1. The right to withdraw from a contract shall not be granted for: Items that are personalised, made to order, tampered with, unsealed, or opened after delivery.

2. Make sure that the items are in the same condition as when you received them. Returns will not be accepted when the product has been used beyond the opening of its packaging, for products that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered, or if they have suffered any damage. Return the item using or including all of its original packaging, together with the accompanying documentation. In any case, you must return the product together with the invoice you received when you made the purchase.

3. You must return in a single delivery all items that you have purchased in the same order and that you wish to return.

4. If you have been given a gift together with the product you wish to return, it must also be returned under the same conditions. Otherwise, the amount corresponding to the value of the gift will be deducted from the total to be returned.

10.4 Products with manufacturing defects or faults.
Please note that all products sent for delivery are carefully checked to avoid such situations.
However, if you believe that the product has any fault or manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service department by sending an email to info@artemiranda.es or by calling +34 923 244 397 (Monday to Friday, from 9am to 3pm; on public holidays in Salamanca, we will be closed: 1 January, 6 January, 23 April, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, 1 May, 1 August, 15, 12 October, 1 November, 1 December, 6 December, 8 December and 25 December.
Once the return has been accepted, we will arrange for the defective item to be collected from the agreed address.
Within a maximum of 14 calendar days, you will receive your refund, using the same method you used to make the payment.
11 . CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
You can place an order by registering as a customer, creating your own account in our online shop.
By registering as a customer in our online shop, you will be able to enjoy discounts, see a list of your previous purchases and control your purchases by accessing your user account, among other benefits.
Please make sure you provide us with a correct email address so that you can correctly receive any information we send you, such as order confirmations, exclusive promotions or keeping you up to date with all our benefits.
To register as a customer, click on "My account" and write on the option: "I want to register a user account with Artemiranda" and fill in the corresponding fields.
To access your user account, click on the options marked "Sign in / Register" under "My account", and enter your email address and password.
If you forget your password to log in to your user account, you can click on the option marked "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. We will then send you an email so that you can re-enter your password.
In order to send you commercial communications by electronic means (such as our Newsletter), when you register you must tick the box indicating that you expressly authorise us to send you these communications. Each commercial communication you receive will include the option to decline any further such communications, by means of a simple and free procedure. You will also have the option to unsubscribe from receiving our newsletter from your own account.
In any case, you are informed that you can exercise your rights of access, modification, cancellation and/or opposition to this information through your own customer account or by sending an email to info@artemiranda.es.
12. MODIFICATION OF DETAILS AND CANCELLATION
Once the order has been confirmed and paid for, it cannot be modified, if you want to add something, you will have to place a separate order.
Orders can be cancelled if our customer service has not been able to make the cancellation in time and the order has not been shipped.
In this case 100% of the order will be refunded, otherwise it will be treated as a return.
13. SECURITY
Artemiranda guarantees the privacy of the data you provide us with by using the SSL protocol, your browser will indicate that you are on a secure site. You can also verify that you are on a secure site by checking that the address displayed in the browser window begins with 'https' (instead of 'http').
14. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
Any written communication sent to you will be deemed to have been received 24 hours after having been sent by e-mail.
If after placing an order you do not receive any notification, check if the order has been completed and paid correctly, or if the email account you have entered on the website is the same as the one you are checking.
15. APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE
These purchase terms and conditions shall be governed in all respects in accordance with Spanish law. Without prejudice to the rights that may correspond to you as a consumer or user, in the event of disputes arising in relation to the use of the website, you expressly waive any other legislation that may correspond to you and agree to submit such disputes to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals of Salamanca (Spain).
In the event that any of the terms and conditions expressed herein or any other provision is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable to any extent by the competent authorities, they shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect as permitted by law.
